GETTY COPPER INC. – NOTICE TO WARRANT HOLDERS: WARRANT EXPIRY DATE
REMAINS OCTOBER 18, 2025
VANCOUVER, BC – October 9, 2025 – Getty Copper Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GTC) advises holders of warrants issued on October 18, 2021 (the “Warrants”) that the expiry date for the Warrants remains October 18, 2025. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share.
As previously announced, the Company had applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) to extend the expiry date of these Warrants. The TSXV has not approved the extension request, and accordingly, all unexercised Warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on October 18, 2025.
Warrant holders who wish to exercise their Warrants prior to expiry may do so by delivering payment and the completed exercise form to the Company’s office. Funds may be dropped off directly at the Company’s office or arrangements can be made for e-transfer by contacting Marilyn at (604) 931-3231.
The Company encourages Warrant holders to ensure exercises are completed in sufficient time to meet the expiry deadline.
