GRANTING OF OPTIONS
Vancouver, BC / February 6, 2025 / GETTY COPPER INC. (“Getty”) (TSX-V: GTC) announced today that,subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it has granted, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, options to purchase a total of 1,787,890 shares of Getty as follows:
- options to purchase 1,000,000 shares of Getty, exercisable for a period of 2 years at $0.05 per share, to certain consultants of Getty; and
- options to purchase 787,890 shares of Getty, exercisable for a period of 5 years at $0.05 per share, to certain officers of Getty.
