Her background includes supporting boards and executive teams in compliance, corporate governance, investor relations, and corporate operations across exploration, capital markets, and producing companies. Most recently, she supported a range of corporate initiatives at Gatos Silver, including the company’s merger with First Majestic. Following the merger, she joined the Internal Audit team at First Majestic, focusing on compliance training and internal controls. Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a degree in Business Management.
