GETTY COPPER INC. CORRECTION TO PRIOR DISCLOSURE
VANCOUVER, BC – July 3, 2025 – Getty Copper Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GTC) Further to the
Company’s news release dated June 25, 2025, the Company wishes to clarify that the exercise price of the warrant shares associated with the NFT warrants is $0.06 per share, rather than $0.075 per share as previously stated. This correction reflects the accurate terms of the warrant issuance.
Completion of the private placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
