RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
VANCOUVER, BC – July 2, 2025- Getty Copper Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GTC) is pleased to report
that all proposed resolutions were approved at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on June 26, 2025 (the “Meeting”). Tom MacNeill, Thomas Hamaoka, Earl Hope and Brent Lepinski were elected as directors. The Shareholders also confirmed and approved the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan and approved the appointment of DeVisser Gray LLP, Professional Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Company.
